Fenghua CNC busbar punching and shearing machine is designed for automatic processing of copper and aluminum busbars. Equipped with a six-axis servo system, it completes automatic feeding, positioning, punching and shearing processes. The machine supports CAD drawing import and program generation for efficient batch production.
The CJ-MX703 CNC busbar punching and shearing machine is designed for continuous punching and shearing of copper and aluminum busbars. It adopts a single-row tool magazine structure and is equipped with 8 punching dies and 1 shearing die, meeting the requirements for continuous processing of busbars with different hole diameters. The machine is equipped with 6 servo systems, which respectively control feeding, discharging, the X1/X2 main and auxiliary power clamps, tool magazine movement, and punch striking. All systems work together to automatically and continuously complete busbar punching and shearing operations, making the machine suitable for batch busbar processing and large electrical manufacturers.
The CNC busbar punching and shearing machine adopts the German Siemens 808D CNC system and is equipped with independently developed drawing and programming software. Users can directly create and edit 3D graphics through the software and generate corresponding processing programs. It also supports importing CAD drawings through shared folders or file transfer, and the system can automatically generate processing programs based on drawing information. The generated programs can also be manually created, modified, and edited according to actual processing requirements, improving programming efficiency and operational flexibility for busbar processing.

Equipped with X1 and X2 main and auxiliary servo power clamps, which can independently or cooperatively complete busbar clamping and feeding, improving feeding stability and reducing deformation during the feeding of small-size busbars.

The tool magazine is driven by a servo motor and ball screw to achieve fast tool changes and precise positioning, improving the efficiency of multi-tool processing.
Independently Developed Software System with CAD Drawing Import
The machine is equipped with an independently developed CAD/CAM software system that supports direct import of CAD drawings. The system can automatically generate processing programs based on drawing information and complete the setting of processing positions and parameters. It also supports manual creation and editing of programs to meet different processing requirements.
Dual-Speed, Dual-Pressure Hydraulic System
The machine adopts a dual-speed, dual-pressure oil supply system, with a maximum output force of 600 kN, and is equipped with an automatic cooling system to ensure stable operation of the hydraulic system during long-term operation.
