Product Description

The fully automatic busbar processing machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency CNC automatic busbar punching and shearing machine. It is equipped with 7 punching dies, 1 shearing die, and 1 embossing die, and adopts a six-axis servo system to realize automatic busbar clamping, feeding, positioning, processing, die selection, and discharging. The machine can continuously complete multiple busbar processing operations according to the processing program, reducing manual operations and making it suitable for batch processing of copper and aluminum busbars.

The fully automatic busbar processing machine supports direct import of CAD drawings, and the system can automatically generate processing programs based on drawing information, quickly completing the setting of processing positions and parameters. It also supports manual creation and editing of processing programs to meet different processing requirements. The machine supports coordinated operation with other busbar processing equipment and can expand automated processing solutions according to actual production requirements.
